Help Provide School Uniforms It’s that time of year again! Help us provide new school uniforms and essentials for the children in our sponsorship program as they prepare to head back to school. Each child will receive two uniforms, a backpack and a pair of shoes, giving them what they need to walk into the new school year ready and excited to learn. Ways to Give Make a One-Time Donation – Give any amount toward our School Uniforms campaign and help us reach our goal. Give Toward a Specific Need – Choose an amount to help provide a uniform, backpack, pair of shoes or full school kit. Your Gift Makes a Difference In Haiti, where only one in three students finishes sixth grade, access to education can have a lasting impact. Your support helps remove some of the financial burden from families while giving children the opportunity to attend school, continue their education and build a brighter future. Empower our Teachers We are absolutely thrilled to be able to gather to celebrate our teachers this Christmas and thank them for all they do for our children and our ministry throughout the year.  There are a few ways you can donate: 1 - Make a General Donation Click Donate and make a donation of any amount. We will use your donation as a general donation to fill in where we most need it as we prepare to celebrate them! 2 - Give by Text!  Follow the prompts and text in your donation. If you've given to our organization before and have a credit card number and mobile number in our system, this is a really quick and easy process. This donation will be used as a general donation to fill in where we most it as we prepare to celebrate and empower our teachers.  3 - Choose a Donation Level  We've set some pre-filled donation levels for you to choose from. Pick any one of these and your donation will go towards providing a Take Home Garden Kit, providing Library Books or supplies for our Vocational Lab, such as keyboards and computers and desks. 4 - Select a Gift We've chosen several gifts ideas that are listed here on our Campaigns page and are listed for you when logged into your Donor Portal. You can add these to your Cart and also Purchase for Your Sponsorship - as a way to say thank you directly from them! Gifts include School Supplies, a Christmas Meal during our celebration banquet and Teaching Curriculum.  5 - Start A Campaign Do you want to share what we're doing with your friends? This time of year is a great time to garner support for our organization. Bring Medical Care to Communities in Haiti Each year, our Medical Mission team travels to Haiti to provide essential healthcare to children and families with limited access to medical services. Our goal is to raise $25,000 to help provide medications, medical testing, vitamins, hygiene supplies and other essential resources needed to care for hundreds of patients during the mission. Ways to Help Make a Donation – Give directly to the Medical Mission and help provide the supplies and resources our medical team needs to serve patients. Start a Fundraiser – Create your own supporter campaign, set a personal fundraising goal and invite friends and family to help support the Medical Mission. Your Gift Makes an Impact Every contribution helps our team provide compassionate, hands-on care while supplying patients with medications and other resources they may otherwise have difficulty accessing. Please help provide our students with new textbooks and supplies. Our students need new textbooks and supplies yearly. While your sponsorship significantly helps with the yearly cost of this, we are asking for additional donations to ensure we have enough for all of the new students we are anticipating. Students all over Haiti, including at our school, use workbooks that combine reading and student writing. We encourage the use of wet-erasable sheets, individual blackboards and composition books to practice their skills. In turn, this cuts down on the amount of supplies we require year after year. However, all of these go through significant wear and tear with the number of students we serve and the Haitian weather - the heat, cold and dampness. Our goal is to raise $2,000 so we can refresh our textbooks and supplies. Your gift goes a very long way in helping students study and progress as they should. Help Us Get on the Road Our programs are growing, and so is our need for reliable transportation. Help us raise $40,000 to purchase an 18-passenger van that will allow us to safely transport children and families from nearby villages and help our team reach more of the communities we serve. Reliable transportation means greater access to our programs, training opportunities, vocational sessions and other essential services. Help bring clean water to the people of Haiti! We are actively bringing clean water to the people of Haiti by digging much needed water wells. Your support will help us fund and increase our efforts. Did you know? Unstable government, natural disasters - mudslides and earthquakes - have further led Haitians to lack access to safe, clean water. After the earthquake in 2010, thousands fled to the countryside and water sources, that were already lacking, became overstressed and contaminated.  Now, nearly 80% of rural Haitians lack direct access to sanitation facilities and only 40% have access to an improved water source.  Clean water that is sustainable is crucial.  We are working hard to play a small part in helping by digging wells in the rural areas we serve.  Your partnership by donating to this campaign will further our efforts. We are in the process of building a new vocational training center to serve the women in our Empowering Women project. Your generous campaign donation will help us build and outfit the center for this amazing group of women.
